Morgan was born and raised in the area. She grew up in Winder, attended school in Jefferson City and currently resides in the Braselton/Hoschton area. She has great knowledge of the surrounding areas which is helpful when helping her clients find the perfect property that goes above and beyond their expectations.

Being young has helped her keep up with the fast paced real estate market environment and staying up to date on all the latest trends and keeping a firm understanding of the local housing market. She is finishing up a degree in Finance and Business Management through University of North Georgia, which has the 5th best nationally ranked finance program.

Her degree has allowed her to have knowledge with professional development and the tools to excel in Financial Planning, Financial Management, and Business Communications, which is an added bonus for her clients. She has worked in several positions which have molded her into a woman with strong communication skills, tenacity, and always taking care of others.
