Bianca Herrera is a California native with nearly 2 decades of Southern roots. She moved to the Peach State in 1998 and currently resides in the city of Dacula. In 2003, she began her career in the Mortgage industry, as a Loan Processor. As part of the financial process she would often interact with real estate agents and buyers alike. During this time she became enthralled with the real estate process and soon discovered a new found passion for real estate and its counterparts.

A year later in 2004, she obtained her real estate license and began her profession helping new home owners find their dream home.
